The Ghost Keys is the setting of the Rain of the Ghosts series. Officially called "The Prospero Keys", it consists of a chain of tropical islands on the edge of the Bermuda Triangle. The natives called it "The Ghost Keys" or "The Ghosts".[1]

History[]

Located southeast of Florida, midway between the Bahamas and Cuba, they Keys comprise eight islands. Its biggest one being San Próspero, whose capital city is Pueblo de San Próspero, a small town on the edge of the jungle for the natives and a medium-sized destination resort for tourists.[1]

The main industry of the Keys is tourism, but there are also fishing, agricultural, and industrial ventures, and a U.S. military base.[1]
